Responsibilities

Oversee development and implementation of plans, strategies and tools for effective program management.
Manage the development pipeline for financing programs to ensure timely closings and conversions.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and implement agency policies.
Establish productivity measures and targets for staff; work to achieve them.
Monitor and track unit work; ensure quality control across staff deliverables.
Coordinate with developers, financial institutions, nonprofits, and agencies to promote affordable housing.
Prepare budgets, pro formas, and affordability analyses; oversee loan closings and workouts.
