Job summary

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in professional services recruiting, including 2+ years at an accounting/tax firm, and a proven track record

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting in professional services.
• At least 2 years of recruiting experience at an accounting/tax firm.
• Proven success recruiting across leadership, advisory, business development, and operational roles.
• Strong understanding of financial advisory, accounting, and tax talent markets.
• Track record of reducing agency reliance through internal recruiting capabilities.
• Data-driven with strong analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills.

• Own recruiting metrics: pipeline strength, time-to-fill, conversion rates, and hiring effectiveness
• Standardize processes and implement structured tracking, reporting, and data-driven insights
• Develop and coach recruiting coordinator(s) and drive accountability across all stakeholders
• Ensure an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience

The salary range for this role is $130,000-$175,000, + bonus, commensurate with experience.
