This senior leadership role will transform talent acquisition, drive strategic recruiting initiatives, workforce planning, sourcing innovation, and recruitment operations across a high-volume, multi-site environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of recruitment leadership experience required.
• Experience in nonprofit environments preferred.
• Experience leading high-volume recruiting operations in a multi-site organization required.
• Experience managing recruiting teams and driving organizational transformation required.
• Experience with ATS, recruitment technology, and AI-powered recruiting tools required.
• Experience developing recruitment metrics, reporting, and workforce analytics required.
