Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Behavioral Science, or related field, plus five years of management and supervisory experience.
• Experience in building community relationships and leading programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain community relationships to promote program advocacy.
• Ensure facilities comply with fire, safety, and health department standards.
• Assist Development Team in fundraising efforts.
• Provide leadership in staff management, training, and performance.
• Participate in business planning and annual budget preparation.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory agencies.
• Evaluate performance and census reports toward established goals.
• Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency.
• Understand and work within the program budget.
• Other duties as assigned.
