Job summary

Volunteers of America Northern Rockies seeks a Clinic Director to oversee counseling and education-based treatment in residential facilities in Cheyenne, WY. The position requires licensure in Wyoming (or eligibility), two years of supervisory experience, and strong time-management and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Counseling or Clinical Social Work from CACREP/CORE/CSWE accredited program.
• Fully licensed as an LCSW, LPC, LAT, or LMFT through WY Licensing Board or eligible for licensure if out-of-state.
• Two years of supervisory experience.
• Proficient with computer software including Microsoft Suite and desktop publishing.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily oversight of clinical operations and quality assurance of patient services.
• Supervise clinicians and clinic staff; provide coaching and feedback on performance.
• Ensure compliance with VOANR policies, procedures, and ethics in all activities.
• Coordinate training schedules and maintain staff qualifications and continuing education.
