Job summary

Moberly Area Community College is seeking a Director of the Radiologic Technology program in Hannibal, MO. The role oversees curriculum, budgeting, accreditation, instructor supervision, and student advising, with teaching duties 9–12 credit hours/semester and travel to sites as needed.

The director will coordinate program oversight, ensure outcomes and assessments, manage staff, and engage with accreditation bodies to maintain standards. This is a 12-month, full-time leadership position.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• ARRT certification and radiography registration.
• Minimum of 3 years full-time clinical radiology experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of instructional experience in a JRCERT-accredited program.
• Proficiency in curriculum design, evaluation, instruction, assessment, program administration, and academic advising.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and collaborative skills.
• Commitment to professionalism, ethics, inclusivity, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of the radiologic technology program including curriculum and assessment.
• Oversee budget, program outcomes, and accreditation activities.
• Coordinate instructors and clinical coordinators and assign courses.
• Teach 9–12 credit hours per semester as needed.
• Conduct annual performance evaluations for instructors and maintain program records.
• Recruit and select instructors and supervise clinical duties.
• Manage student recruitment, admissions, and advising, plus safety and policy standards.
• Prepare and submit required accreditation documentation and reports.
