Qualifications

• Minimum of five years clinical experience.
• Minimum of two years’ experience as an instructor in an accredited radiology program.
• Evidence of training pertaining to Curriculum Design, Instructional Methodology, Testing and Evaluation, and Educational Psychology specific to this position.
• Shall document a Master’s degree in Education or Health related field.
• Shall show proficiency in the operations of various radiographic related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling and instruction of students; oversee didactic and clinical aspects of the program.
• Direct student recruitment, selection, and retention.
• Evaluate students per policy and take disciplinary action as necessary.
• Act as liaison between the program, clinical affiliations, department, HRH, and community.
• Prepare budgets and monitor expenses related to educational needs.
• Attend meetings and participate in hospital task forces as required.
