Southeast College is seeking a Program Director to lead the development and delivery of our clinical education programs. This role entails overseeing curricula, ensuring quality education, and actively delivering lectures and labs on campus.

You will collaborate with coordinators, advisors, and the Dean to align course materials and externships with employer needs, while supporting student development and performance evaluations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• 4 years of in-field experience.
• 2 years teaching from an accredited JRCERT school.
• ARRT certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and delivery of program curricula.
• Review curriculum to ensure materials are up-to-date.
• Deliver lectures and facilitate labs.
• Coordinate with program coordinators for consistency across campuses.
• Advise students and provide mid-term evaluations.
• Prepare for and participate in convocation and faculty meetings.
• Monitor externship programs and relationships with advisory boards.
