Sierra Nevada Corporation is seeking a Director of Quality Product Assurance to lead the quality strategy and ensure top-tier compliance across electronic and mechanical systems. You will guide senior quality leaders and drive cross-functional improvements in a dynamic aerospace environment.

The role requires a strong track record in ISO, CMMI, and leadership, with the ability to navigate change and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 13+ years of experience in a related field; exception: 17+ years if no degree.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001/AS9100 and CMMI.
• Experience in electronic/mechanical systems environment.
• Proven leadership, change management, and mentoring capabilities.
• Strong communication and strategic thinking skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement the company-wide quality strategy.
• Lead and mentor senior quality managers.
• Drive continuous improvement across all quality functions.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and customer requirements.
• Represent the company in high-level quality discussions with customers and regulatory bodies.
