Job summary

Sierra Nevada Corporation is seeking a Product Assurance Manager II to lead the development, application, and maintenance of quality evaluation and control systems for processing materials into finished products.

You will oversee inspections, testing, and evaluations to ensure compliance with standards, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 9+ years of progressive product assurance experience.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and AS 9100 standards.
• DCMA/government requirements understanding.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and maintenance of quality control systems for finished products.
• Oversee inspections, testing, and evaluations of product accuracy.
• Conduct audits of production processes to ensure quality.
• Mentor QA staff on standards, procedures, and best practices.
• Collaborate with engineering and production to drive improvements.
