Perimeter Behavioral Hospital of West Memphis seeks a Director of Quality and Risk to oversee coordinated patient care in alignment with established standards and hospital policy. The role contributes to hospital philosophy, objectives, and performance improvement efforts while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The position requires nursing leadership experience and a Bachelor’s degree in nursing, with a Master’s preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing program.
• Nursing administration and/or leadership experience in a psychiatric setting is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Joint Commission, Medicare, OSHA and state/federal standards is preferred.

Mansioni

• Ensure staff deliver care per Standards of Care and Practice.
• Implement unit policies and provide staff guidance.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, HCFA, state and regulatory standards.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and plan improvements.
• Coordinate processes for patient legal documents.

Formazione

Bachelor’s degree in nursing

Master’s degree in psychiatric nursing or related field
