• Bachelor's degree in a related field required; Master's degree preferred.
• Strong data analysis, leadership, and knowledge of health regulations.
• Experience in psychiatric services and risk management is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee PI and Risk Management plans and data for quality indicators.
• Review incidents and grievances to identify trends and mitigate losses.
• Prepare for regulatory surveys and educate staff on standards.
• Lead staff training on quality, privacy, and risk mitigation.
• Manage recruitment, orientation, and performance of direct reports.
• Collaborate with clinicians to inform strategic quality and risk decisions.
