Job summary

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree, at least two years in psychiatric services with risk mgmt, strong communication, and knowledge of QA

Qualifications

• Two years' experience in psychiatric service delivery with risk management knowledge.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of continuous Quality Improvement methodologies.
• Familiarity with applicable standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee PI and Risk Management Plans and data for quality indicators.
• Analyze incident reports, patient grievances, and safety information to identify patterns and address underlying issues.
• Prepare for CMS and The Joint Commission surveys and other regulatory readiness activities.
• Educate employees on quality standards, privacy regulations, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with clinical staff and leadership to minimize liability and losses.
