Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. seeks a Director of Quality to lead the strategy and implementation of the organization’s quality management systems, ensuring regulatory and customer requirements are met while driving operational excellence across the enterprise.

You will coach global quality teams, oversee QMS across sites, lead audits, CAPA, supplier quality, and partner with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to elevate product quality and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, life sciences, or related field.
• 10+ years in quality management with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience implementing and improving QMS frameworks with regulatory knowhow.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive quality strategy aligned with goals.
• Lead audits, CAPA processes, and supplier quality programs across locations.
• Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement enterprise-wide.
