Job summary

Nebraska Methodist Health System is seeking a Quality Data Analyst to support reliable data collection and clinical quality improvement initiatives. This role focuses on data abstraction from EMR, trend observation, and reporting to meet performance standards.

Work schedule is 32 hours per week across four 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, with no weekends. Requires RN license and BSN; CPQH is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
• Current RN license or valid compact multistate license required.
• CPHQ certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate opportunities through business intelligence with management and performance improvement personnel.
• Improve abstraction, data gathering and reporting methodologies to streamline data compilation from multiple sources.
• Perform data gathering and analysis and communicate opportunities and risks with program coordinators and clinical staff.
• Collaborate with quality team to improve overall quality of care for patients.
• Develop monthly reports containing aggregate results and coordinate with disciplines to improve outcomes.
• Audit medical records and reports through committee structures.
• Support quality improvement and safety indicators identified through quality measures.
