Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee data collection, reporting, accreditation, and quality improvement activities.
• Provide guidance and leadership for quality improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate and conduct quality assurance reviews and report to leadership.
• Manage data analysis and performance reporting for improvement efforts.
• Develop and implement the Agency wide Quality Improvement Plan.
• Lead stakeholder engagement and strategic projects.
