The Missouri Department of Mental Health (DMH), Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) seeks a Quality Improvement Manager who will serve as Director of Quality within the Strategy and Performance Section. Jefferson City is preferred, but statewide consideration is allowed with travel to Jefferson City as needed.

The base salary is up to $104,079.60 annually, commensurate with education and experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across teams.
• Ability to interpret regulations, policies, and procedures affecting finance and accounting.

Responsabilités

• Supervise the Quality Enhancement Unit and develop staff.
• Identify quality risks and drive mitigation action plans.
• Coordinate with Federal Programs on Medicaid Waiver renewals and quality indicators.
• Lead quality initiatives and provide data to DDD leadership for decisions.
• Promote the department’s mission, vision, and values in operations and service delivery.
• Travel to Regional Offices to meet staff and collect feedback.
