Murphy-Hoffman Company, LLC is North America's largest Kenworth truck dealership group and leasing group. As MHC grows, we have an opening for a Director of Quality Assurance who will shape the objectives and directives for the QA program and align them with executive management.

The role requires leading continuous improvement across operations, developing audit plans, overseeing QA staff, and partnering with teams to drive efficiency, cost savings and an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree preferred.
• Seven years of quality management experience plus Six Sigma Black/Green Belt preferred.
• Thorough understanding of dealership operations preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to champion change and process improvement.
• Proven ability to train, develop and supervise employees.
• Travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Formulates major objectives and directives for the QA program.
• Analyzes quality system inputs to identify trends and improvements.
• Leads continuous improvement projects such as HIKE, LEAN and Six Sigma.
• Plans, leads and manages all QA activities and audits.
• Provides supervision and coordination for QA staff.
• Collaborates with executives to address operational risks.
