Qualifications

• Knowledge of English and clear pronunciation.
• Proficient in radio codes used by Security Department.
• Able to follow oral and written instructions.
• Able to communicate orally and effectively.
• Able to prepare clear, written reports for dispatches and incidents.
• Answer telephones and maintain data for alarm and access control systems.
• Maintain accurate records with the dispatch center using provided software.
• Ensure dispatch equipment functions as intended.

Responsibilities

• Take security and emergency calls and dispatch personnel or notify outside agencies as needed.
• Maintain daily activity and incident reports.
• Monitor intrusion alarms and video surveillance systems.
• Enter information into Security Management Software.
• Analyze data and prepare reports for Soboba Administration and Security Department.
• Maintain records and privacy compliance for dispatch operations.
• Dispatch security personnel promptly in emergencies and non-emergencies.
• Work flexible schedules, including some holidays and weekends.
