Job summary

Odyssey Behavioral Group is seeking a Director of OP Provider Relationship to lead business development strategies across outpatient networks. This role will focus on mobilizing clinic-based roles and connecting providers, clients, and families to our clinical services.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree, 10+ years in business development, and proven leadership experience in behavioral health services. This position offers a collaborative environment with multiple career development pathways.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in business development/sales, preferably in behavioral health treatment services.
• Demonstrated experience leading business development teams to meet/exceed goals.
• Experience with complex sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a strategic growth plan using clinic and market utilization data.
• Collaborate to establish and champion growth initiatives at service locations.
• Develop retention strategies for top accounts in cooperation with clinic leadership.

Skills

Excellent computer and technology skills including MS Office

Ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion
