The DPG drives strategic planning, maintains client relationships, and reports to senior leaders to ensure service delivery aligns with risk management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in security operations management.
• 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of risk assessment and compliance standards.
• IL firearms certifications, licenses preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across all posts and sites.
• Lead personnel, ensure staffing levels and performance.
• Maintain strong client relationships and service satisfaction.
• Develop and deliver training programs for personnel.
• Coordinate licensing and training compliance.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Lead teams to deliver high-quality service and coordination.
• Maintain records and report to senior leadership.
• Review and update policies to meet regulations.
• Provide updates on budgets, overtime, expenses, and revenue projections.
