DAGDA International Inc. is seeking an experienced Residential Security Team Lead / Executive Protection Supervisor to manage an assigned residential security team protecting a private principal and family in the San Francisco Bay Area.

This leadership role oversees personnel, staffing, SOPs, training, and client service with discretion and professionalism. The position requires leadership, strong security operations skills, and compliance with California licensing.

Formación

• Minimum of five years in residential security or executive protection with supervisory experience.
• Ability to lead teams, manage staffing, and provide clear written reports.
• Valid California BSIS Guard Card and required training; armed duties require Exposed Firearms Permit or lawful exemption; CCW when required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record and ability to meet company and insurer requirements.
• Current First Aid/CPR certification and ability to maintain required licenses.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations of a residential security team, including assignments and readiness.
• Direct and coach at least two full‑time security staff; conduct performance evaluations.
• Coordinate recruitment, interviews, and hiring recommendations with HR and Operations.
• Develop and implement site SOPs, post orders, and emergency action plans.
• Plan principal movements, route planning, and emergency contingencies.
• Lead drills, incident reporting, and post‑incident follow-up actions.
• Monitor access control, perimeter security, surveillance, and visitor management.
