Job summary

Nation Security Services seeks a Director of Security to lead operations at a luxury Hollywood property. You will supervise a team of security professionals, safeguard guests and assets, and maintain a premium guest experience while upholding strict security standards.

This role requires 5+ years in security, Florida Class D license, and CPP/PSP a plus. You will design tailored security plans, coordinate with law enforcement, and report KPIs to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in security operations.
• 2+ years in a supervisory/management role.
• Active Florida Class D Security License required; CPP/PSP a plus.
• Advanced certifications are a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of security supervisors, officers, and support personnel.
• Manage scheduling and staffing for daily operations, events, and emergencies.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback for staff development.
• Design and execute security strategies aligned with client standards.
• Monitor security trends, assess risks, and update protocols.
• Maintain an active on-site presence to deliver premium service.
• Enforce compliance with laws, regulations, and policies.
• Oversee emergency response plans, disaster readiness, and reporting.
• Partner with local law enforcement and stakeholders for collaboration.
• Lead training on threat mitigation, de-escalation, and guest relations.
