Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across all posts and maintain service standards.
• Lead SSPG personnel, staffing, performance monitoring, and issue resolution.
• Build and maintain client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Develop and deliver training programs for SSPG personnel.
• Coordinate with compliance to license and train staff.
• Work with leadership on risk mitigation and strategic planning.
• Lead teams to deliver high-quality service with clear communication.
• Maintain detailed records and provide reports to senior leadership.
• Review and update policies to meet changing regulations.
• Provide regular budget updates to senior leaders (overtime, expenses, revenue).
