Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced operations leader to oversee a geographically distributed electrical services business that serves major utility customers. You will report to the Vice President of Protection & Controls, lead day-to-day operations, develop managers, strengthen customer relationships, and support growth and integration.

The role requires over 15 years in electrical services or technical field operations, with 5+ years managing multi-location teams.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant electrical services or technical field operations experience.
• 5+ years leading multi-location operations and managers.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Strong financial and people leadership; P&C, relay testing, substation, and commissioning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop General Managers and field teams across multiple locations, driving accountability, safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee P&L performance, including revenue, gross margin, utilization, forecasting, budgeting, and workforce planning.
• Build strong utility customer relationships and ensure reliable service delivery across geographically dispersed teams.
• Drive profitable growth, successful business integration, and technician recruitment targets.
• Achieve 90%+ annual retention and 85% average field utilization.
