Job summary

Jobot seeks an experienced operations leader to director Protection & Controls Operations in a flexible United States role with major metro hubs. You will oversee a geographically distributed team of General Managers and field technicians, drive safety, quality, and performance, and partner with senior leadership to deliver growth and integration across the business.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of electrical services or technical field operations experience.
• 5+ years leading multi-location operations and managers.
• Strong financial and people leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead General Managers and field teams across multiple locations to drive safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee P&L performance including revenue, gross margin, utilization, forecasting, budgeting, and workforce planning.
• Build and maintain strong utility customer relationships to ensure reliable service delivery across dispersed teams.
• Drive profitable growth and support integration and expansion of the electrical services business.
