Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced operations leader to oversee a geographically distributed electrical services business supporting major utility customers. Reporting to the Vice President of Protection & Controls, you will lead day-to-day operations, develop managers, strengthen customer relationships, and support business growth and integration.

We are looking for 15+ years in electrical services with at least 5+ years managing multi-location operations.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant electrical services or technical field operations experience.
• 5+ years leading multi-location operations and managers.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop General Managers and field teams across multiple locations, driving accountability, safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee P&L performance, including revenue, gross margin, utilization, forecasting, budgeting, and workforce planning.
• Build strong utility customer relationships and ensure reliable service delivery across geographically dispersed teams.
