The position oversees research operations, data governance, and cross‑team training, partnering with University Advancement leadership to ensure data integrity and impactful prospect strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Five or more years of prospect research or development analytics.
• Supervisory experience leading professional staff.
• Strong proficiency with relational databases and fundraising CRM systems.
• Demonstrated expertise in data analysis, reporting, and prospect modeling.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction for prospect identification and development aligned with campaign goals.
• Oversee portfolio design, moves management, and analytics to optimize fundraising outcomes.
• Lead research operations and analytics to deliver timely, accurate intelligence.
• Govern data quality, privacy and governance in collaboration with Advancement Services.
• Train and mentor Prospect Development Analysts and partner with leadership across units.
