Job summary

Skyline Displays is seeking a Director to lead the Strategic Proposals & RFP Management function in the US. You will own end-to-end proposals, shape strategy, manage content and pricing coordination, and drive win opportunities with cross-functional teams.

You will collaborate with Growth, Marketing, Design, Operations, Finance, and Executive Leadership to ensure high-quality, compliant submissions that communicate Skyline's value to customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years in proposal management, bid management, or related disciplines.
• 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end proposal and RFP response processes.
• Develop strategies aligned with customer objectives and Skyline's strengths.
• Coordinate pricing, content, and approvals for submissions.
• Ensure quality, consistency, and compliance across proposals.
• Collaborate with Growth, Marketing, Design, Operations, Finance, and leadership.
