Job summary

EPS Learning is seeking a Director of Proposal Management to lead the end-to-end proposal process, from opportunity assessment through submission and post‑award follow-up. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, Legal, and Technology to develop persuasive, compliant responses that drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, education, journalism, communications, or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in proposal management and bid support, including high-value pursuits.
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end proposal development with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong project management; able to manage multiple complex, deadline-driven proposals.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end proposal development, from opportunity review to submission and follow-up.
• Set goals, timelines, workflows, and objectives for proposal projects to ensure compliant, timely deliverables.
• Evaluate RFXs and sales opportunities for risk, fit, and priorities.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders.
• Translate strategy into clear, compelling, compliant responses with SME input.
• Manage proposal logistics, schedules, approvals, and submission requirements.
• Support Sales with contract-related documents and forms as needed.
• Liaise with vendors and external partners on proposal activities; maintain content repository.
• Improve standard responses and reusable content; train and support internal teams on processes.
