Digital Moment is seeking a Director of Programs and Community Development to lead a portfolio of digital skills, AI literacy, advocacy, and workforce readiness programs. You will guide program managers, drive impact, and build partnerships with schools, volunteers, and community organizations to broaden reach.

You will oversee funded projects, ensure timely delivery, and align with funder expectations. This role emphasizes data-informed evaluation, governance, and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading programs in education, youth development, or community sectors with 3+ years managing teams.
• Experience overseeing a portfolio of funded programs with budgets, timelines, deliverables, and funder reporting.
• Track record building relationships with schools, educators, volunteers, and industry partners.
• Experience designing or scaling volunteer or expert engagement models.
• Data-informed approach to program quality, evaluation, and impact measurement.
• Experience leading teams through change, including restructuring roles and developing people.
• Familiarity with safeguarding, privacy, and risk practices when working with youth.
• Excellent communication skills engaging youth to funders.

• Manage Program Managers, clarify responsibilities, ensure execution and accountability.
• Ensure agile delivery models adapt to funding and community needs.
• Develop deep understanding of programs and articulates impact to partners and funders.
• Prioritize delivery of established programs and shape new learning offerings.
• Oversee program performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Drive community development and ecosystem engagement with schools and partners.
• Develop scalable volunteer and expert engagement to support funding models.
• Ensure compliance, reporting, evaluation, and impact measurement.
• Lead governance, risk, and organizational leadership efforts with senior leaders.
