Qualifications

• 3+ years of healthcare leadership experience; behavioral health preferred.
• Proficiency in Office suite; experience with EHR/HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Direct all facets of milieu programming and client services.
• Foster trauma-sensitive, safe, stable culture.
• Lead staff development with high-impact training.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary treatment teams.
• Represent Camber to community partners.
