Job summary

Nexus Family Healing seeks a Clinical Leadership Director to oversee trauma-informed care services and clinical programming at the Onarga, IL site. You will join the leadership team and guide trauma-informed practices across programs, ensuring quality and safety for youth in residence.

You will drive program development, staff supervision, and adherence to licensing, with a focus on improving outcomes for adolescents and their families within a structured residential setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Services, Social Work, Clinical Counseling, Psychology, or related field required.
• Two years of supervisory experience in residential setting required.
• Clinical licensure (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW) or eligible for licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provides program management and administration onsite with trauma-informed care.
• Develops and grows clinical programs aligned with best practices and community needs.
• Manages admission/discharge criteria and monitors program efficiency and risk factors.
• Oversees budget development for the clinical area and ensures compliance with policies.
