Job summary

Directions for Living seeks a Director of Children's Outpatient Services to lead the COP program area, ensuring high-quality service delivery and regulatory compliance. The role oversees supervisors, aligns operations with strategic goals, and improves outcomes for children and families served.

Responsibilities include program oversight, resource utilization, and driving continuous quality improvement across outpatient services, with a requirement to work primarily in office and community

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field from an accredited university.
• Five years of supervisory experience.
• At least three years of experience working with at-risk populations including families affected by substance misuse, domestic violence, mental health challenges, or emotional disturbance.
• Florida licensure as LMFT, LMHC or LCSW preferred, not required.
• Must become certified as a Wraparound Facilitator in high fidelity Wraparound within 3 months of employment.
• Preference given to individuals currently certified as Wraparound Facilitator Supervisor/Coach.
• Certified Addictions Professional (CAP) preferred.
