Children’s Crisis Treatment Center (CCTC) seeks a Program Director to lead the implementation and clinical/operational integrity of a newly established community-based acute partial program. You will supervise Outpatient Clinicians and support staff, coordinate evaluations and family treatment, and oversee billing and wait-list management.

Qualifications

  • Doctoral or Master’s Degree in psychology/social work or equivalent field of study.
  • Pennsylvania license.
  • Minimum Of Two Years’ Experience In Clinical Supervision.
  • Minimum of two years of management experience in behavioral health including managing program operations and budget.
  • Working knowledge of best practices in children’s mental health.
  • Experience in implementing models of care within programs, human resource management and effective supervisory/program management techniques as well as fiscal and budgetary management.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse cultures including those CCTC serves, staff, other provider agencies, payers and regulatory agencies.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills that serve to support CCTC’s mission and vision.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and EMR systems.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct administrative supervision to Outpatient Clinicians and support staff.
  • Plan and coordinate all psychological services within outpatient department, including evaluations, intake assessments, and individual & family treatment.
  • Manage daily operations of the program including facilitating program policies and procedures, maintaining program productivity expectations, and ensuring timely completion of authorization and billing process.
  • Responsible for maintaining the wait-list for Montgomery County Services, as well as monitoring referrals for all Programs and assigning new cases to Clinicians/BCM in all Departments.
  • Responsible for internal program auditing and quality management. Serve as the chief liaison with local and state mental health providers as well as with Insurance companies.
  • Organize and supervise staff utilization of in-services, community training and state mandated training.
  • Lead staff development meetings and monitor staff productivity.
  • Participate in proposal writing for new programs/services within the program.
  • Develop and implement new programs in consult with Division Director and Management Team.
  • Act as member of Operations Committee.
  • Participate in internal as well as external trainings ensuring completion of CCTC’s mandatory trainings, as well as trainings required for continued licensure, if appropriate
  • Participate in trainings/meetings and maintain fidelity to clinical practice models.
  • Attends in-service and training/meetings as assigned by CCTC and in accordance with state and CBH/Magellan regulations, when applicable reports back information from trainings in weekly meetings in order to educate other Outpatient staff.
  • Immediately employs Sanctuary Model with children, family and staff and supports its use in the Outpatient Program in order to effectively create and advance a trauma-informed environment
