Job summary

Interim, Inc. is seeking a Division Director of Program Services to supervise multiple agency Program Directors and clinical staff onsite. A Masters degree and clinical license are required, with substantial supervisory and program management experience in mental health and substance use services.

The role emphasizes program development, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with county systems, with a focus on delivering integrated mental health and housing services.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in mental health field and a clinical license.
• Minimum of two years post-license supervision experience.
• Four years of mental health treatment and supervisory/management experience.
• Experience with substance use treatment and diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to Program Directors in planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Provide clinical supervision to BBS registered interns and staff.
• Develop and oversee new and existing programs and services.
• Coordinate daily operations and ensure timely, person-centered service delivery.
• Liaise with external agencies and ensure regulatory compliance.
