Job summary

The Harris Center for Mental Health and IDD seeks a Residential Clinical Director who will report to the VP Forensic MH Services and collaborate with the Senior Director of Nursing to provide administrative and fiscal oversight of 24-hour programs.

The role requires a Master’s degree and licensure (LMSW, LPC, or LMFT) with seven years of management experience, including budget oversight and staff supervision; travel, on-call duties, and ongoing contract compliance are expected.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in social work or related field.
• Licensed LMSW, LPC, or LMFT required.
• Ph.D. preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement program objectives in line with policies.
• Monitor service delivery and QA reports; implement corrective actions.
• Supervise staff performance to optimize outcomes.
• Coordinate with agencies to improve operations and outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with contract, agency training, and policies.
