NuAxis Innovations in Vienna, VA seeks a Director of Program Operations to lead the PMO, coordinate execution across Delivery, Contracts, Finance, HR, Recruiting, IT, and Administration, and align business activities with company objectives.

The role supervises a team, manages transitions of new contracts, drives readiness and reporting, and champions continuous improvement to deliver successful program startups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of operations, PMO, program management, or business management experience.
• 3+ years leading teams and cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience in federal contracting environments preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead the company's PMO and operational governance processes.
• Coordinate monthly Program Management Reviews (PMRs).
• Coordinate activities across business functions to support company objectives.
• Manage executive reporting, dashboards, action tracking, and operational reviews.
• Identify and resolve operational risks, issues, and dependencies.
