Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• 7+ years of experience managing technical programs.
• Experience with distributed computing or SOA.
• 3+ years of cloud computing (AWS).
• 3+ years building scalable products and platforms.
• 3+ years of Agile delivery.
• MBA or related degree.
• PMP/Lean/Agile/Six Sigma certification.
• 3+ years of people management or IC influence.
• Experience standardizing platforms.
• Strong communication with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to TPM/Delivery strategy: establish operating mechanisms, maturity models, and tooling.
• Drive development of and alignment on program roadmap anchored in business objectives, definition of done, technical solutions, and sequencing of dependencies.
• Lead cross-platform technical investment planning and ensure architectural alignment toward long-term platform convergence and reuse.
• Executive escalation point for program risks and data-driven tradeoffs.
• Define measurable outcomes of platform success (availability, scalability, cost efficiency, developer velocity).
• Ensure delivery accountability across multiple engineering teams.
