Create Music Group is seeking a Director of Program Management to drive cross-functional execution across product, engineering, design, and business teams. This role ensures complex initiatives deliver end-to-end systems with real operational impact.

The ideal candidate is a systems thinker and operational leader who can bring structure to ambiguity, align teams across time zones, and elevate how we plan, coordinate, and execute.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in program management or related roles within software or technology organizations.
• Experience designing programs backward from business goals, identifying leverage points and gaps.
• Leading complex programs across multiple companies, functions, and product/tech teams.
• Leading integrations, migrations, or organizational change through implementation and adoption.
• Operating at both strategic and tactical levels, from executive alignment to hands-on execution.
• Applying agile practices and AI-enabled tools to improve planning, coordination, reporting, and workflows.
• Coordinating execution across distributed teams and multiple time zones.

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional execution against organizational objectives and measurable outcomes.
• Orchestrate complex initiatives across teams, managing dependencies, sequencing, risks, and delivery.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, and leadership to translate strategy into execution.
• Lead organizational readiness and adoption of new systems, workflows, and practices.
• Design and evolve scalable operating rhythms, planning processes, and execution frameworks.
• Drive alignment and accountability through program reviews and executive reporting.
• Identify blockers and drive cross-functional decisions to maintain momentum.
• Evolve agile and AI-enabled practices to improve planning and execution.
• Handle other duties as assigned.
