Job summary

FlightSafety International seeks a Director of Program Delivery (Execution) to manage complex, enterprise-level programs across development, production, and sustainment. You will lead cross-functional teams, ensure alignment to cost and schedule, and interface with executive stakeholders and CAMs.

The role emphasizes governance, risk management, and a clear separation of execution leadership from controls ownership. A Bachelor’s degree is required with Master’s preferred.

Qualifications

• Progressive program management leadership experience.
• Ability to lead large, multi-disciplinary programs with lifecycle accountability.
• Strong governance, risk, and issue management skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish execution strategies and operating rhythms aligned to baselines.
• Own delivery performance against cost, schedule, and technical targets.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams into a cohesive model.
