Job summary

FlightSafety International seeks a Director, Program Delivery (Execution) to lead integrated delivery of enterprise-scale programs across development, production, integration, and sustainment. The role serves as the single point of accountability for program outcomes, coordinating CAMs and functional leads to ensure cost, schedule, and technical targets are met.

You will partner with the PMO Center of Excellence to ensure adherence to standards and governance, while guiding risk management,

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in program management or related leadership roles.
• Demonstrated experience leading large, complex, multi-disciplinary programs with full lifecycle accountability.
• Proven ability to deliver programs in high-visibility, high-risk environments.

Responsibilities

• Establishes execution strategies, program structures, and operating rhythms aligned to baselines and objectives.
• Owns delivery performance against cost, schedule, and technical targets using PM controls.
• Integrates multiple workstreams into a unified execution model (WBS/IMS).
• Drives execution coordination and ensures accountability across CAMs and functional teams.
• Partners with the PMO CoE to implement Program Controls and governance.
