Job summary

FlightSafety International is seeking a seasoned Director, Program Delivery (Execution) to lead the integrated delivery of complex, enterprise-scale programs across development, production, and sustainment. You will own program outcomes, coordinating CAMs and functional leads to meet cost, schedule, and technical targets.

Responsibilities include establishing execution strategies, driving cross-functional alignment, and guiding governance with the PMO CoE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in engineering, business, or related field.
• 15+ years in program management or related leadership roles.
• Experience leading large, complex, multi-disciplinary programs with full lifecycle accountability.

Responsibilities

• Establishes execution strategies and operating rhythms aligned to baselines.
• Owns delivery performance against cost, schedule, and technical targets.
• Maintains accountability for program outcomes across functional teams and CAMs.
• Integrates multiple workstreams into a unified execution model.
• Manages interdependencies using integrated scheduling practices.
• Drives execution coordination and enforces delivery accountability.
• Partners with PMO CoE to implement Program Controls disciplines.
• Leads program governance forums and executive communications.
