Job summary

FlightSafety International seeks a Director, Program Delivery (Execution) to lead integrated delivery of complex enterprise programs. You will oversee cross-functional workstreams, manage CAMs, and align performance with cost and schedule goals.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in program management or related leadership roles.
• Proven ability to lead large, complex, multi-disciplinary programs with full lifecycle accountability.
• Experience delivering programs in high-visibility, high-risk environments.

Responsibilities

• Establishes execution strategies and operating rhythms aligned to baselines and objectives.
• Owns delivery performance against cost, schedule, and technical targets.
• Leads cross-functional teams to integrate multiple workstreams into a unified delivery model.
