Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
• Advanced coursework or certifications in program management, systems engineering, or operations management preferred.
• Executive leadership or enterprise program management training desirable.

Responsibilities

• Establishes execution strategies and operating rhythms aligned to baselines and objectives.
• Owns delivery performance against cost, schedule, and technical targets using PM frameworks.
• Maintains accountability for program outcomes through integration across functional teams and CAMs.
• Integrates multiple workstreams into a unified execution model aligned to the WBS or delivery framework.
• Manages interdependencies and sequencing using integrated scheduling practices.
• Drives execution coordination and enforces delivery accountability across teams.
