The Villages of Indiana seeks a Director of Program Compliance to balance team and individual responsibilities to maintain policy adherence, contract compliance, and accreditation standards.
You will lead external program review preparation, oversee staff training, and ensure procedures reflect contracts and audit outcomes across programs.
The Director of Program Compliance role involves balancing team and individual responsibilities to facilitate administration and maintenance of The Villages’ policies and procedures, maintain contract compliance, agency accreditation standards, and oversee staff development opportunities. The Director of Program Compliance will understand and follow the agency policies and procedures and be able to articulate them to agency staff. This position supports the agency’s mission, vision, goals, and objectives.
As our Director of Program Compliance you will:
Lead preparation for all external program reviews and serve as primary contact for audits related to QA and programs
Complete and direct the preparation of internal and peer file review tools
Consult with leadership team on updating procedures and policies per contracts and audit results and utilize feedback to update relevant procedures and policies.
Oversee administration of Relias
Ensures that agency staff are offered proper trainings based on program and service standards
Oversee external training opportunities related to service standards and best practices for all staff.
Stay up to date on contract and grant compliance and communicate updates to agency departments impacted ensuring electronic records comply with service standards and licensing requirements.
Update and create program handbooks and manuals as needed for existing and new programs and ensure compliance with external and internal standards.
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
Five (5) years’ experience directing compliance, data analytics, or related field
2 years supervisory experience
