Job summary

The Villages of Indiana is seeking a Practice Director to provide overall leadership for our child and family services program in the United States. This role focuses on sustainable growth, program excellence, and compliance with licensing standards.

Ideal candidates will hold a Masters degree and an Indiana clinical license (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT or equivalent) with experience building and expanding programs, including telehealth and Medicaid billing familiarity.

Qualifications

  • Masters degree from an accredited university.
  • Experience creating, improving and sustaining programs.
  • Experience growing a program or practice.
  • Independent clinical license in Indiana (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT or equivalent).
  • Clinical experience with children, youth and families.
  • Familiarity with telehealth, Medicaid, and insurance billing.
  • Background in child welfare or community mental health.

  • Establish and monitor performance indicators, evaluate program outcomes and implement improvements.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation, collaboration and service expansion.

  • Ensure delivery of services in accordance with licensing and accreditation standards.

Responsibilities

Position Requirements
  • Masters degree from accredited university
  • Experience creating improving and sustaining programs
  • Preferred Education and Experience
  • Experience growing a program or practice
  • Independent clinical license in Indiana LCSW LMHC LMFT or equivalent or the ability to obtain one
  • Clinical experience with children youth and families
