Job summary

The Villages of Indiana is seeking a Director of Program Compliance to balance team and individual responsibilities and maintain agency policies and procedures, contract compliance, and accreditation standards. This role oversees staff development and ensures records meet licensing requirements while aligning with the agency's mission, vision, goals, and objectives.

You will lead program reviews, audits, and policy updates, guiding leadership on procedures and maintaining Relias administration

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Five (5) years' experience directing compliance, data analytics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation for all external program reviews and serve as primary contact for audits related to QA and programs.
• Complete and direct the preparation of internal and peer file review tools.
• Consult with leadership on updating procedures and policies per contracts and audit results.
• Oversee administration of Relias.
• Ensure staff training aligned with program and service standards.
• Oversee external training opportunities for staff.
• Stay up to date on contract and grant compliance and communicate updates to impacted departments.
