Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in AHIMA accredited HIM program or related field.
• 10+ years of ICD-10-CM coding experience with official guidelines.
• 7+ years in a management/supervisory coding role.
• Experience standardizing complex processes across facilities and settings.
• Proven ability to identify, resolve, and escalate issues affecting outcomes.
• Experience with process improvement and change management in complex systems.
