Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in AHIMA accredited HIM or related field.
• 10+ years of ICD-10-CM coding experience.
• 7+ years in management/supervisory role in coding operations.
• Experience standardizing complex processes across facilities and settings.
• Proven ability to identify, resolve and escalate issues impacting business outcomes.
• Experience with process improvement/change management in complex systems.

Responsibilities
